COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> BILL NO. 76 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 76 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 (TRAFFIC SCHEDULE), OF THE HAWAII <br /> COUNTY CODE 1983 (1995 EDITION), RELATING TO TRAFFIC REGULATIONS. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 1, section 24-255, <br /> schedule 3 (25 mile per hour limit), subsection (g) Puna, of the <br /> Hawaii County Code (1995 edition), is amended by adding the <br /> following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: <br /> ~Z Huina Road, beainnina at a point 0.8 mile <br /> west of Volcano Hiahwav and egtendina 1.6 <br /> miles to Luhi Road. <br /> SECTION 2. Chapter 24, article 10, division 1, section 24-256, <br /> schedule 4 (30 mile per hour limit), subsection (q) Puna, of the <br /> <br /> Hawaii County Code (1995 edition), is amended by adding the <br /> following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: <br /> LL Huina Road Volcano Hiahwav to a point 0 B mile <br /> west. <br /> SECTION 3. New material is underscored. In printing this <br /> ordinance, the underscoring need not be included. <br /> SECTION 4. If any provision of this ordinance, or the <br /> application thereof to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, <br /> such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of <br /> the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid <br /> provision or application, and to this end, the provisions of this <br /> ordinance are declared to be severable. <br /> SECTION 5.
