Request: The applicant is requesting a State Land Use District boundary amendment <br /> <br /> from Agricultural to Rural and a Change of Zone from A-5a to RA-2a for approximately <br /> 5.821 acres of land. <br /> <br /> Objectives: The requested State Land Use boundary amendment and change of zone, if <br /> approved, will allow the applicant to subdivide the subject property into two parcels <br /> <br /> consisting of 3.821 and 2.0 acres. According to the application, "The applicam intends to <br /> construct his home on Lot 22-B while improving Lot 22-A in the future. " <br /> <br /> 3.
