The property is located in Anekona Estates Subdivision on <br /> the south side of Kanehoa Drive and along Keanuiomano Stream, approximately 3/8" of a mile <br /> <br /> from the Kawaihae Road/Anekona Street intersection, Ouli, South Kohala, Hawaii, <br /> TMK: 6-2-11:28. <br /> <br /> GENERAL INFORMATION <br /> 1. Land Ownership: P. Mariah Kosters is the fee owner of the subject property. <br /> <br /> PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> 2. Request: The applicant is requesting a State Land Use District boundary amendment <br /> <br /> from an Agricultural to a Rural designation and a Change of Zone from an Agricultural <br /> (A-5a) to a Residential and Agricultural (RA-2a) zoned district for approximately 5.002 <br /> <br /> acres of land. <br /> 3. Objectives: The requested State Land Use Boundary amendment and change of zone, if <br /> <br /> approved, will allow the applicant to subdivide the subject property into two parcels <br /> consisting of approximately 2.5 acres. The applicant wishes to construct her home on one <br /> <br /> of the lots but does not intend to immediately improve the second lot at this time. <br /> <br /> 4.
