Section 132D-11, Hawaii Revised Statutes, is <br /> <br /> 3 amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> 4 '[[]5132D-11[]] Fee. The county shall provide an <br /> 16 exemption from the fees under this section to nonprofit community <br /> <br /> 17 croups for importation and storace of fireworks for displays once <br /> <br /> 18 a year. <br /> 19 (b) The fee for the [permit] license required under section <br /> <br /> 20132D-7 shall be [no greater than $251 the fee specified in <br /> <br /> 21subsection (a) for each year [or], fraction of a year, or event <br /> <br /> 22 in which the [permittee] licensee plans to conduct business and <br /> 23 shall be payable to the county in which the permitted activity is <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> 2000-0592(B) SB680 CD1 SMA-11 <br />
