This is a "work in progress" resolution. <br /> <br /> The most effective way to gain the support of our State Legislators is to submit "one" priority <br /> list from the full Council rather than nine separate district lists. Lobbying as a unified Council <br /> will achieve better results. <br /> I encourage all Council Members to submit their top priority project.
