Chair Yoshimoto explained
the process by which council members could add projects to the priority list. The measure was
postponed to September 15,2009, in anticipation of receiving additional priority projects from
council members.

On September 15,2009 your Committee amended Resolution 206-09 to Draft 2, placing eleven
project priorities on the list to send to the State Legislature. The measure was postponed to
October 6,2009 to allow some members more time to submit projects.

Communication 421.15, from Legislative Specialist Lorraine Acdal, dated September 28,2009,
compiles factual information from Communications Nos. 421.1, 421.2, 421.3, 421.5, 421.7 and
421.8.
