<br />funds shall be provided from General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund -Fund

<br />Bill 115: Amends Chapter 15 of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as
<br />Amended) by Adding a New Article Relating to Dog Parks. Creates a policy for
<br />establishing County park areas to be used exclusively by dogs and their handlers and
<br />provides for fees and penalties. AYES: Council Members Enriques, Ford, Greenwell,

<br />Bill 117: Amends Ordinance No. O] -34 Which Reclassified Lands from Single Family
<br />Residential - 10,000 Square Feet (RS-] 0) to General Commercial - 10,000 Square Feet
<br />(CG-10) at Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawaii, Covered by TMK:2-2-020:007; Requesting a
<br />Two-Year Time Extension to Comply with Condition B (Secure Final Plan Approval) of
<br />Change of Zone Ordinance No. 01-34; Pa`a `Aina Trust, Applicant. If the applicant,
<br />successors, or assigns develop residential units on the subject property, the applicant shall
<br />make its fair share contribution to mitigate the potential regional impacts of the property
<br />with respect to parks and recreation, fire, police, solid waste disposal facilities and roads.
<br />The fair share contribution shall have a combined value of $7,698.11 per multiple family
<br />residential unit ($11,996.63 per single family residential unit). AYES: Council Members

<br />General Obligation Bonds of the County of Hawaii for the Purpose of Financing Qualified
