Moving <br /> Vehicles, Section 24-265, Schedule 13. Yield locations, paragraph (g) Puna be <br /> amended by adding new item: <br /> <br /> <br /> ll HUINA ROAD, EASTBOUND APPROACH AT THE LUHI ROAD <br /> INTERSECTION. <br /> In an effort to address a request from the public to clarify who has the right of way at the <br /> subject intersection, we propose to add a yield control at the eastbound approach of <br /> Huina Road at the Luhi Road intersection. <br /> <br /> We feel this change gives right of way to the higher volume route (east leg of Huina <br /> Road - Luhi Road) and yield control to the lower volume route (eastbound Huina Road <br /> approach to the Luhi Road intersection).
