Lee, via Communication No. 442, <br /> dated July 13, 2009, amends Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 2, Section 24-265, Schedule 13, <br /> (Yield Locations), paragraph (g), Puna, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 Edition), to be <br /> appropriately numbered and to read as follows: <br /> <br /> ) Huina Road, eastbound approach at the Luhi Road intersection <br /> <br /> Traffic Division Chief Ron Thiel appeared before your Committee and commented that the <br /> subject intersection was recently paved and widened.
