Richard SHERLOCK #15 Date/Time: 07-01-2009/1250 <br />Reason for Being in Area: <br />Rappel operations being conducted for large patch of marijuana in forest area. <br />Time in Area: 25 minutes <br />No. of Plants Recovered: 276, seedling to 5 feet <br />Immediate Action Taken: <br />Chopper had already left <br />Comments: <br />Explanation was given to Mr. Abraham who was advised that marijuana was located in that area and <br />that the helicopter was being utilized by HPD. He stated that he appreciated the call back and did not <br />wish to "interfere" with Police business.
