HAWAII POLICE DEPARTMENT <br />COUNTER CANNABIS FIELD OPERATION <br />REPORT TO COUNTY COUNCIL OF COMPLAINT RECEIVED <br />CCFO No.: 2009-001 <br />Complaint No.: 2 <br />Date/Time Reported: 06-29-2009/1133 <br />Date/Time Occurred: 06-29-2009/1133 <br />Location: Hawaiian Acres, Road 8, "Sacred Gardens", Mt. View <br />Complaint: <br />Caller complained that a helicopter flew over his residence in Hawaiian Acres. He stated that he came <br />to Hawaii "to die" and is aggravated by "Green Harvest". He has been documenting the helicopters for <br />seven years and even created a web site about it. He stated that the helicopter passed by his <br />residence at about 700 feet. He stated that he has medical marijuana but that it was not bothered <br />with.
