The following is a brief <br />summary of that meeting. <br /> <br />1.0 Those present included: <br /> <br />Bruce McClure <br />Ronald Matsumura <br />Gary Takamura <br />Fred Gianini <br />Wesley Segawa <br /> <br />Chief Engineer <br />County - Survey Chief" <br />Finance - Budget Administrator <br />Corporation Counsel <br />WRSA <br /> <br />2.0 The purpose for this meeting was to: <br /> <br />2.1 Determine whether the County administration would be in <br />favor of selling this easement to a potential Buyer. <br /> <br />2.2 Determine the procedures to follow in proceeding with the <br />acquisition. <br /> <br />2.3 Determine the entities involved in the decision making <br />process. <br /> <br />2.4 Determine an approximate timetable for this process to be <br />completed. <br /> <br />3.0 Records indicate the County owns the property in fee simple. <br />The property is a right-of-way, not an easement. <br /> <br />4.0 Sale of the property will require County Council approval. <br />
