Its a good idea to <br />gain the local community's support because the Council will <br />probably ask the Buyer about the community's reaction <br />regarding the project. <br /> <br />10.0 Public Works will check whether the Department of Water Supply <br />will abandon the existing waterline, presently in the <br />easement.
