Currently, there are <br /> approximately 200 ongoing park projects on this island, not including the many projects in <br /> the initial planning stage. The number of projects will soon increase due to current review <br /> of all Parks' facilities for ADA and new hazardous materials assessments. The creation of <br /> a Park Projects Manager, SR-24, position, will enable the department to move forward <br /> and oversee their own construction phases of their projects. <br /> <br /> Enclosed is a resolution that creates a Park Projects Manager position for the Department <br /> of Parks and Recreation. <br /> If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to call the Department of Parks and <br /> Recreation. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Nancy E.
