REQUEST: <br /> <br /> We are requesting for a full-time Park Projects Manager position for Kona. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> B: BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS <br /> NEEDED : <br /> <br /> The new position is necessitated by the additional duties that are now being required <br /> of the Parks and Recreation Planning staff. We have been delegated the duties of <br /> construction management for all of our projects. The position will be located in Kona. <br /> There are approximately 200 ongoing projects not including the many projects in initial <br /> planning stage. As our facilities age the need for project/construction management <br /> increases.
