<br />(f) A one-year, no-trespassing notice against a person or dog may be issued by <br />an enforcement officer for any violation of this article or any violation of <br />posted park rules. A court of competent jurisdiction may extend the <br />no-trespass period of time beyond one year for any violation of any section <br />this article. <br /> <br />Section 15-_ Dog park facility schedule. <br />All dog parks shall be named by ordinance and added to the following <br />facilities schedule: <br /> <br />Dog Parks <br />Hamakua <br /> <br />Hilo <br /> <br />Ka'ii <br /> <br />Kohala <br /> <br />Kona <br />Puna <br /> <br />Section 15- Severability. <br />If any provision of this article is held invalid for any reason by a court of <br />competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining <br />provisions of this article." <br /> <br />SECTION 2. I f any provision of this ordinance or the application thereof to any person <br />or circumstance, is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of <br />the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this <br />end the provisions of this ordinance are severable. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
