Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section 24-284, schedule 32 (Two hour <br /> parking areas), subsection (c) South Hilo, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995 edition), is <br /> amended by adding the following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: <br /> ll Kilauea Avenue, both sides from Haili Street to Ponahawai Street. <br /> Kilauea Avenue, makai sid1starting one hundred fifteen feet uorihwest of <br /> Kukuau Street and extending fort~two feet in the Hamakua directiai. <br /> SECTION 2. Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section 24~ 284, schedule 32 (Two hour <br /> parking areas), subsection (c) South Hilo, ummmbered item, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 <br /> (1995 edition), as amended by Ordinance No. 00-89, is amended to read as follows: <br /> O Kilauea Avenue, mauka sides from [Haili]Ponahawai Street to Kukuau <br /> Street. <br /> SECTION 3. Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section 24-284.1, schedule 32.1 (8 hour <br /> parking areas), subsection (c) South Hilo, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995 edition), <br /> created by Ordinance No. 00-89, is amended by adding the follow~ug to be appropriately <br /> numbered and to read as follows: <br /> ~ Kilauea Avenue, makai side, starting two hundred torte-nine Ccet northwest oC <br /> Kukuau Street to Ponahawai Street. <br /> SECTION 4. Material to be repealed is bracketed. New material is underscored. In <br /> printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed material and underscoring need not be included. <br /> <br />
