The notice shall include the following information: <br /> A statement of the topic of the proposed rule adoption amendment <br /> or repeal, or eg neral descrintion of the subjects involved. <br /> ~B A statement that a copy of the proposed rule to be ad~ted amended <br /> or repealed will be mailed to any interested person who reauests a <br /> cony, pays the required fees for the copy and the postage, if a~ <br /> toeether with a description of where and how the requests may be <br /> made. <br /> A statement of when. where and during what times the proposed <br /> rule to be adopted, amended or repealed maybe reviewed in person. <br /> The date, time and place where the public hearing will be held and <br /> where interested persons may testi on the proposal. <br /> All interested persons shall be afforded an opportunity to submit dates <br /> views, or arguments, orally or in writing, at the hearin~or bail. <br /> Section 14-38.2.
