No. 584Bi11 No. 184 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> TIME: 10:53 A.M. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 184, reports as follows: <br /> Bill No. 184, transmitted by Council Member Julie Jacobson, via Communication No. 584, dated <br /> December 2, 1999, amends Chapter 2, Article 15, of the Hawaii County Code, by adding a new <br /> section relating to campaign contributions. <br /> This measure proposes to limit Council Member's action on measures that concern individuals <br /> and businesses that contributed $100 or more to the campaign fund of the voting member.
