Souza of Honokaa to serve <br /> on the Hawaii County Committee on People with Disabilities to be <br /> co-terminus with his tenure ending on December 4, 2000. <br /> Mr. Souza was born in Hawaii and lived here for 18 years prior to <br /> going to school on the mainland. He recently returned home after <br /> working for 32 years as a senior cataloger with the Library of <br /> Congress, Washington. D.
