accrued during the time of the Grantee's use and occupation of the easement <br />area pursuant to this grant ofnon-exclusive easement. <br />Upon termination, the Grantee shall have a reasonable time to <br />complete the removal of any facility, remediation measures or other <br />improvements and equipment required or allowed to be placed on the <br />easement area under this grant ofnon-exclusive easement and the Grantee <br />shall have aright-of--entry for such purposes without further consent from <br />the Grantor. <br />If the Grantor and the Grantee are unable to reach an agreement <br />as to the duration of the renewed term and other provisions that will govern <br />the renewed grant ofnon-exclusive easement, then this grant of non- <br />exclusive will terminate on the one hundred eightieth (180th) day from the <br />effective date of the general motoring public's right to use the easement area <br />as noted above under this grant ofnon-exclusive easement, or upon the <br />termination date of any previously renewed term, without any act on the part <br />of the Grantor or the Grantee to be performed. <br />5. Right to Suspend Use of Easement Area. In the event <br />circumstances or conditions arise that pose a threat to the safety, property <br />rights or interests of the Grantor, Hokuli`a lot owners, their respective <br />employees, invitees, guests and contractors, and others who are designated <br />and authorized by the Grantor to use the easement area or that pose a threat <br />to the safety of the general motoring public, the Grantor may temporarily <br />withdraw or suspend the use of the easement area, in whole or in part, during <br />the term of this grant ofnon-exclusive easement upon giving written notice <br />to the Grantee; provided, however, that after receiving such written notice <br />from the Grantor, the Grantee shall have the right to cure or otherwise <br />resolve the events, circumstances or conditions giving rise to the Grantor's <br />
