One officer at the Ali'i gate will remind <br /> motorists that vehicles with a gross vehicular weight rating of three (3) tons or more, bikes, pedestrians, <br /> scooters or mopeds are not permitted. The officer at Haleki'i will turn away motorists from attempting to <br /> travel north on the Bypass. Hokuli'a security officers will install cones to direct traffic at Ali'i Gate, and at <br /> the Mamalahoa Bypass leading up to the three-way intersection.
