The title is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "A RESOLUTION ALLOWING COUNCIL MEMBERS TO VOLUNTARILY <br /> REQUEST TO TRANSFER [NO LESS THAN ] ANY AMOUNT WITHIN <br /> INDIVIDUAL SALARY LIMITS FROM COUNTY CLERK'S SALARY AND WAGES <br /> (S&W) ACCOUNT TO THE CONTINGENCY RELIEF ACCOUNT, TO BE <br /> APPROPRIATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH CURRENT CONTINGENCY RELIEF <br /> FUND PROCEDURES" <br /> <br /> 2.
