Pauka'a South Hilo <br /> <br /> We are in receipt of a copy of the draft dedication deed for the dedication of a park site within the Honoli`i <br /> Place Subdivision. <br /> <br /> This subdivision received final subdivision approval on December 28, 2007, in conformance with the <br /> requirements of Change of Zone Ordinance No. 96-121, which changed the zoning of the project area from <br /> Agricultural (A-20a) to a Single Family Residential (RS-15) zoned district. Condition I of Ordinance <br /> No. 96-121 states that, <br /> <br /> "The applicant shall designate approximately two acres of land within the subject property to be <br /> used as a public community park on plans for subdivision. The park site shall be dedicated to the <br /> County and accepted by the County of Hawaii in conjunction with final subdivision approval for any <br /> portion of the subject property.
