At the July 24, 2009 hearing, the Commission voted to <br />recommend for your approval the proposed legislative bill for an amendment to various <br />conditions of Ordinance No. 06 105, which rezoned 725.2 acres from Agricultural — 3 acre <br />(A -3a) to Open (0) and Project District.
