The Honorable J Yoshimoto, Chairman <br />and Members of the County Council <br />Page 3 <br />receives the 400'h single-family residential building permit. <br />• Delete Condition UU, as it unnecessary when the above changes are <br />approved. <br />• The public park will be constructed prior to the issuance of a building <br />permit for the 101" single-family dwelling unit instead of occupancy of the <br />first residential unit. <br />The applicant proposes the following amendments to Ordinance No. 06 105: <br />(material to be deleted is bracketed/struck through, material to be added is <br />underscored). <br />Amend Condition D: <br />"The project shall consist of a maximum of [725.2] 695.282 acres for <br />single-family and multi -family residential, commercial uses, hotel, <br />university and public school facilities, dry forest preserve, archaeological <br />and cave preserve areas, active and passive parks, a trail system and <br />supporting infrastructure." <br />Amend Condition G: <br />"Commercial spaces for medical, office, retail, classrooms and health <br />related uses and hotel shall be limited to [442] 72.08 acres." <br />Delete Condition <br />"[Te enstire that the ffejeet is developed aeeerding to it stated goal of <br />residential Elevelepffient.
