Greenwell County Park to Bishop Estate in order to create a 100 foot long paved roadway to access the gardens, thereby improving safety conditions and reducing traffic impacts along Mamalahoa Highway) From Deputy Corporation Counsel Craig Masuda, dated August 18, 2009, transmitting the above resolution. Comm. 498: RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ABANDONMENT OF ROAD REMNANT "R" (Res. 230-09) (PORTION OF TAX MAP KEY: (3)2-6-010), AND EXCHANGE OF REAL PROPERTY WITH PAULETTE L. PANG-CHING (TAX MAP KEY: (3)2-6-010:039), AND LAWRENCE S. OJIRI AND GWEN S. OJIRI (TAX MAP KEY: (3)2-6-010:079), SITUATE AT KAIWIKI, SOUTH HILO, HAWAII (to construct emergency repairs to a portion of Kaiwiki Road, which collapsed during heavy rain undermining the roadway) From Deputy Corporation Counsel Gerald Takase, dated August 19, 2009, transmitting the above resolution.
