No. 412 <br />PLACE: Councilroom <br />Ben Franklin Building, 2nd Floor <br />Hilo, Hawaii <br />TIME: 1:53 p.m. <br />Council Chair and Members <br />Hawaii County Council <br />Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br />Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Communication No. 412, reports as follows <br />Communication No. 412, transmitted by Director of Finance Nancy Crawford, dated June 22, <br />2009, authorizes the acceptance of donations from Mr. Jack Clayton, Terminal Operations <br />Supervisor, and Tesoro Employees, Tesoro Hawaii Corporation. <br />The employees of Tesoro Hawaii Corporation have graciously donated fifty (50) $20 gift cards <br />(totaling $1,000) to the Department of Parks and Recreation, Elderly Activities Division, <br />Nutrition Program.
