L 1, to read <br />as follows: <br />"(a) The "2006 hrternational Energy Conservation Code", March 2007 Edition, <br />published by the INTERNATIONAL CODE COUNCIL, INC., Publications, <br />4051 West Flossmoor Road, Country Club Hills, IL 60478-5795 [a+xl <br />„a„,....,~ ..o« ..« ~, ,o,..:.., v„~~ is adopted by reference and made a part <br />of this chapter, subject to the amendments hereinafter set Corth in this article. <br />(b) Copies of the 2006 International Energy. Conservation Code, March 2007 <br />Edition, and amendments thereto shall be available for public inspection at the <br />department of public works and the oP(ice of the county clerk." <br />At its meeting of July 7, 2009, Your Committee recommended passage of Bill 102 on first reading. Items <br />from all committee agendas for July 7, 2009 were put to a re-vote due to issues of legality.
