Kenoi, dated June 8, 2009, nominates <br />Mr. Emily W. Wery, David R. Carlson, Antonio T. Gaspar and Don Bennett to the Hawaii County <br />Veterans Advisory Commission: <br />Your Committee recommended confirmation of these appointments on July 7, 2009. Items from all <br />committee agendas for July 7, 2009 were put to a re-vote due to issues of legality. The remaining <br />history and information regarding this measure is contained within the original Public Safety and <br />Parks and Recreation Report Number 12, dated July 7, 2009. <br />Your Committee on Public Safety and Parks and Recreation recommends the appointment of <br />Emile W.
