No. 438/Bill No. 109 <br /> PLACE: Councilroom <br /> Ben Franklin Building, 2nd Floor <br /> Hilo, Hawaii <br /> TIME: 9:00 a.m. <br /> <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 109, reports as follows: <br /> <br /> Bill No. 109 transmitted by Director of Finance Nancy Crawford, via Communication No. 438, dated <br /> July 7, 2009, amends Ordinance No. 09-65, as amended, the Capital Budget, ending June 30, 2010, by <br /> adding the following project: <br /> <br /> MANAGEMENT: <br /> West Hawaii Emergency Shelter - County Match 110.499.5496.20 $492,905.66 <br /> 110.499.5496.20 <br /> Funds for these projects shall be provided from: $492,905.66 <br /> General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund - <br /> Fund Balance and/or other Sources <br /> <br /> Funds will be used for the West Hawaii Emergency Shelter, pursuant to Act 178, SLH 2005, as amended <br /> by Act 160, SLH 2006. The State Department of Budget and Finance required a County fund match of <br /> $500,000, which was appropriated by Ordinance No. 07-43.
