COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />RESOLUTION NO. 221 09 <br />(DRAFT 2) <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF ROAD LOT 47 (AKAMAI STREET), ROAD <br />LOT 48 (ANIANI STREET), ROAD LOT 49 (ALOHA PLACE), AND ROAD LOT 50 (ANIANI <br />STREET), OF HUALALAI VISTAS SUBDIVISION, BEING TAX MAP KEY: (3) 7-3-007:027, <br />SITUATE AT KOHANAIKI, DISTRICT OF NORTH KONA, COUNTY AND STATE OF <br />HAWAII, FROM HUALALAI VISTA, LLC. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII. <br />WHEREAS, Hualalai Vista, LLC is the owner of: <br />Road Lot 47 Akamai Street 3.311 acres <br />Road Lot 48 Aniani Street .410 acre <br />Road Lot 49 Aloha Place .937 acre <br />Road Lot 50 Aniani Street .639 acre <br />identified as Tax Map Key: (3) 7-3-007:027, situate at Kohanaiki, in the District of North Kona, <br />County and State of Hawaii, as delineated on Exhibit "A" attached hereto; and <br />WHEREAS, Hualalai Vista, LLC has constructed all subdivision improvements and received <br />final subdivision approval; and <br />WHEREAS, Hualalai Vista, LLC is desirous of dedicating the above roadway lots, including <br />all subdivision improvements thereon, to the County of Hawaii for road and drainage purposes, and <br />the improvements have been inspected and approved by the County of Hawaii Department of Public <br />Works, Department of Water Supply, Planning Department and Department of Environmental <br />Management; and <br />
