Takase, via Communication <br /> No. 473 dated August 5, 2009, accepts the dedication of Road Lot 47 (Akamai Street), Road Lot 48 <br /> (Aniani Street), Road Lot 49 (Aloha Place), and Road Lot 50 (Aniani Street) of Hualalai Vistas <br /> Subdivision, being Tax Map Key: (3)7-3-007-027, situate at Kohanaiki, District of North Kona, County <br /> and State of Hawaii, from Hualalai Vista, LLC. <br /> There was no testimony from members of public regarding the proposed resolution. <br /> <br /> Committee Chair Brenda J. Ford relinquished her seat to Committee Vice Chair Kelly Greenwell. <br /> t <br /> Ms. Ford made a motion to amend Res. 221-09 with a housekeeping amendment contained in <br /> Comm. 473. 1, dated August 31, 2009.
