OF TI1E COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 09 -48. Section 3, is amended by amending <br /> subsections (a) and (b) of section 5-2.1.1 to read as lollows: <br /> "(a) The " International Energy Conservation Code ". March 2007 Edition. <br /> published by the INTERNATIONAL. CODE COUNCIL, INC., <br /> Publications, 4051 \Vest Flossmoor Road, Country Club Hills. 1L 60478 - <br /> 5795 [and amendments as set out in section 3(a)I, is adopted by reference <br /> and made a part of this chapter. subject to the amendments hereinafter set <br /> forth in this article. <br /> (b) Copies of the 2006 International Energy Conservation Code. March 2007 <br /> Edition. and amendments thereto shall he available Ibr public inspection at <br /> the department of public works and the office of the county clerk." <br /> SECTION 2. Items (1) — (15). as located in Section 3 of Ordinance No. 09 -48. shall not <br /> be affected by the enactment of this ordinance. <br /> SECTION 3. Material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New material is <br /> underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed material. and underscoring need <br /> not be included. • <br /> SECTION 4. If any provision of this ordinance or the application thereof to any person <br /> or circumstance, is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of <br /> the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application. and to this, <br /> end the provisions of this ordinance are severable. <br /> • <br />
