Development schedule for portions of the Project District: <br />h The following portions of the applicant's development shall comply with the <br />schedule listed below and shall start construction within ninety (90) days <br />after the permits are granted: <br />lh The university building and all of the improvements associated with it <br />(apply for permit within nine months; construction to be completed <br />by November 1, 2012); <br />b. Road section 2A (apply for permit within nine months; construction <br />to be completed by November 1, 2012); <br />f:. The improvements at the Queen Ka'ahumanu Highway and <br />University Drive intersection (construction to be completed by <br />November 1,2012); <br />d. Kamanu Street (Road 3A) (apply for permit within nine months; <br />construction to be completed by November 1, 2012); and <br />f:. The applicant shall apply for their permit to build the Intersection <br />2B-6A of University Drive and the Ane Keohokiilole Highway (Road <br />6A) when the applicant reaches the 101" housing permit or county <br />receives a funding commitment for the Ane Keohokiilole Highway <br />construction, whichever is first. <br />2. The following portions of the 20-acre park shall be completed by November <br />1,2012, unless otherwise indicated: <br />a. Grading and leveling of the entire 20-acre park site by May 1, 2012: <br />b. Placement of grass for both baseball fields and the soccer field by May <br />1,2012; <br /> <br />f:. One regulation-major-league baseball field with all of its required <br />improvements; <br /> <br />d. One regulation-major-league baseball practice field wjth all of its <br />required improvements; <br />e. One (1) regulation adult/hjgh school soccer field with all of its <br /> <br />required improvements; <br />
