Kenoi, dated August 14, 2009, <br /> presents a Change of Zone Request by Dr. Virgil Place, applicant, at Kahua and Waika, North Kohala, <br /> Hawaii, covered by Tax Map Key: 5-9-005:004. The property is located along the south side of Ala <br /> Kahua Drive, approximately 2,600 feet east of the Ala Kahua Drive-Akoni Pule Highway intersection. <br /> <br /> Bill No. 135 seeks to amend Section 25-8-7 (North and South Kohala Zone Map), Article 8, Chapter 25 <br /> (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 Edition), by changing the District Classification <br /> from Agricultural - 20 Acre (A-20a) to Family-Agricultural - 3 acres (FA 3a) at Kahua and Waika, North <br /> Kohala, Hawaii. <br /> There was no public testimony on the matter.
