Section 25-8-7, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii County <br /> Code 1983 (2005 Edition), is amended to change the district classification of property described <br /> <br /> hereinafter as follows: <br /> The district classification of the following area situated at Kahua and Waika, <br /> <br /> North Kohala, Hawaii, shall be Family-Agricultural - 3 acres (FA-3a): <br /> <br /> <br /> Beginning at the Northeasterly corner of this parcel of land, being also the <br /> Northwesterly corner of Lot 1 I as shown on Map 3 of Land Court Consolidation <br /> 117 and being a point on the Southerly side of Ala Kahua Drive, and running by <br /> azimuths measured clockwise from True South: <br /> <br /> 1. 324° 47' 2,050.83 feet along Lot I 1 as shown <br /> on Map 3 of Land Court <br /> Consolidation 117 to a point; <br /> <br /> 2. 46° 24' 40" 1,010.78 feet along Hawaiian Home <br /> Lands to a point; <br /> <br /> 3. 144° 47' 1,977.27 feet along Lots 791, 792, 793, <br /> 794 as shown on Map 116, <br /> Lots 603, 602, 601, 600 and <br /> 599 as shown on Map 60 and <br /> <br /> -I- <br />
