No. 490/Res. 227-09 <br /> PLACE: Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort and Spa <br /> 78-128 Ehukai Street <br /> Kailua-Kona, Hawaii . <br /> TIME: 9:00 a.m. <br /> <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution 227-09, reports as follows: <br /> <br /> Resolution No. 227-09, transmitted by Finance Director Nancy Crawford, via Communication No. 490, <br /> dated August 14, 2009, authorizes the payment of funds of a later fiscal year and of more than one fiscal <br /> year for a multi-year lease for a copier for the Department of Finance. <br /> <br /> The Department of Finance wishes to enter into another five-year lease contract for a multi-function <br /> copier. The existing lease for the copy machine used by the Accounts Division will soon expire.
