<br />SECTION 4. Chapter 14, article 1, section 14-1(a)(6), Hawai'i County Code 1983 (2005 <br />Edition, as amended), relating to intoxicating liquors prohibited in certain public places, is <br />amended by adding the following to the South Hilo list of public places, to be appropriately <br />inserted and to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Uilakea Pond Beach Park" <br /> <br />SECTION 5. New material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the underscoring <br />need not be included. <br /> <br />SECTION 6. Severability. If any provision of this ordinance or the application thereof <br />to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or <br />applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or <br />application, and to this end the provisions of this ordinance are severable. <br /> <br />SECTION 7.
