September 16, 2009 ' <br /> <br /> SUBJECT Transmitting Resolution No. 205-09, Draft 2 <br /> <br /> Attached is Resolution No. 205-09, Draft 2, which urges Congress to support and provide <br /> Federal funding for the highest priority capital improvement projects in the County of <br /> Hawaii. <br /> <br /> On September 15, 2009, the Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations Committee <br /> amended Resolution No. 205-09 via Communication Nos. 420 1, 420 2, 420 3, 420.4, <br /> 420 5, 420.6, and 420.7. <br /> <br /> Resolution No 205-09, as amended to Draft 2, was postponed to October 6, 2009, in order <br /> to provide Council Members additional time to submit their projects <br /> <br /> Please note that although the fifth "Whereas" clause states that the projects are ranked by <br /> priority, the projects are actually listed in the order that they were submitted.
