Briefly describe how your proposed project is consistent with the goals and objectives of <br /> either the JARC or New Freedom grants programs, as listed in the program goals on Page 2 <br /> of this application. (10 point maximum) <br /> THE PROJECT WILL EXPAND SERVICE ON WEEKDAYS AND WEEKENDS BETWEEN <br /> THE HAMAKUA DISTRICT AND HILO. THE NEW BUS SERVICE WILL PROVIDE <br /> ADDITIONAL TRANSPORTATION ALTERNATIVES FOR. Specify how your project addresses gaps, overlaps and/or barriers in service identified <br /> through your locally developed human services transportation planning process (coordinated <br /> services plan).
