The amendment is as follows: <br /> <br /> FROM: <br /> 3308.46 Federal Grants - Victims of Crime Act - ARRA General $99,567 <br /> (American Recovery and Reinvestment Act) <br /> <br /> TOTAL $99,567 <br /> <br /> TO: <br /> 010.271.5271.85 Victims of Crime Act - ARRA General $99,567 <br /> <br /> TOTAL $99,567 <br /> <br /> The Office of the Prosecuting Attorney will use these funds to provide assistance services to victims of <br /> felony and misdemeanor violent crimes. These services include counseling, referrals to community <br /> agencies, assistance with judicial proceedings, and administration of funds used to provide direct services <br /> to victims. <br /> <br /> Pursuant to Section 46-7, Hawaii Revised Statutes, and Section 13-13(b), Hawaii County Charter, the <br /> Mayor is hereby authorized to apply for, receive and expend the funds for the Office of the Prosecuting <br /> Attorney for its Victim of Crime Act (VOCA) Victim Assistance Program. <br /> <br /> There was no discussion on this measure. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> FC Rept.
