We <br /> are developing this land as a part of our involvement in Hawaii here. My parents have had a <br /> house here about 15 years and we've been coming to the island for about 20. And we've just <br /> been starting the business about five years ago. Originally, we got in with Phil Tinguely and we ~ <br /> bought this land with him. And since then we've bought him out, and just developing on our j <br /> own now. I don't know, just looking at the PUD, we like the look of the PUD a little bit better <br /> than the standard streets.
