We are developing this land as a part of our involvement in Hawaii here. My parents have had a house here about 15 years and we've been coming to the island for about 20. And we've just been starting the business about five years ago. Originally, we got in with Phil Tinguely and we ~ bought this land with him. And since then we've bought him out, and just developing on our j own now. I don't know, just looking at the PUD, we like the look of the PUD a little bit better than the standard streets. And we just like the feel of how this looks and we'd like to move forward with that. ~ I i I 3
