Section 25-8-7, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawai'i County <br />Code 1983 (2005 Edition), is amended to change the district classification of property described <br />hereinafter as follows: <br />The district classification of the following area situated at Kahua and Waika, <br />North Kohala, Hawai'i, shall be Family-Agricultural- 3 acres (FA-3a): <br /> <br />Beginning at the Northeasterly comer of this parcel ofland, being also the <br />Northwesterly comer of Lot 11 as shown on Map 3 of Land Court Consolidation <br />117 and being a point on the Southerly side of Ala Kahua Drive, and running by <br />azimuths measured clockwise from True South: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />3240 47' <br /> <br />2,050.83 <br /> <br />feet along Lot 11 as shown <br />on Map 3 of Land Court <br />Consolidation 117 to a point; <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />460 24' 40" <br /> <br />1,010.78 <br /> <br />feet along Hawaiian Horne <br />Lands to a point; <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />1440 47' <br /> <br />1,977.27 <br /> <br />feet along Lots 791, 792, 793, <br />794 as shown on Map 116, <br />Lots 603, 602, 601, 600 and <br />599 as shown on Map 60 and <br /> <br />-1- <br />
