Managing natural/cultural resources at <br /> Hawaii Volcanoes National Park (Supervisor) and many international locations. Experienced in <br /> blending farming, urban and natural resources, long range planning for parks, land use planning <br /> worldwide, conflicts resolution, conducted workshops and break-out groups. Thirty years of <br /> resource planning experience. Resident of Puna for 29 years, resides in Hawaiian Orchid Isle <br /> Estates. <br /> <br /> Tunison, John Timothy (Tim): (2-year term) Retired Biologist and Chief of the Resource <br /> Management Division for Hawai'i Volcanoes National Park, also was responsible for the <br /> preservation and protection of cultural resources. Currently an environmental instructor and <br /> consultant on native forest restoration and environmental compliance. Grant writing and <br /> environmental impact statement experience. Worked in Federal government for many years, <br /> knowledge of government processes.
