Matayoshi, <br /> 760 Onaha Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96816-4921; in appreciation of the Sliver Bulletin <br /> newsletter that they enjoy reading. <br /> <br /> We ask that a letter of appreciation and acknowledgment of their donation be sent to the <br /> donor. <br /> <br /> If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to call the recipient Department. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Nancy l.
