<br />COUNTY OF HAWAI'I <br /> <br /> <br />STATE OF HAWAI'I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 272 09 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF FUNDS OF A LATER FISCAL YEAR AND OF MORE. <br />THAN ONE FISCAL YEAR FOR A MULTI-YEAR LEASE FOR A COPIER FOR THE OFFICE OF THE <br />CqRPORATION COUNSEL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 10-11 of the County Charter requires that any contract, lease or other obligation <br />reqUiring payment of funds from the appropriations of a later fiscal year or of more than one fiscal year be <br />approved by resolution; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County of Hawai'i wishes to enter into multi-year lease agreements for five (5) years for a <br />copier for the Office of the Corporation Counsel; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, with the lease of their current copier expiring soon, obtaining a new lease on a newer, faster <br />copier that includes advanced technology will Increase productivity and allow the office to meet the demands <br />from the public, County clients and courts <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI"I: <br /> <br />1.
