Section 25-8-33, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawai'i <br />County Code 1983 (2005 Edition), is amended to change the district classi fication of property <br />described hereinafter as follows: <br /> <br />The district classification of the following area situated at Waiakea, South Hilo, <br /> <br />Hawai'i, shall be Industrial-Commercial Mixed - 20,000 square feet (MCX-20): <br /> <br />Beginning at the southwest comer of this parcel ofland at the intersection of <br />Ka1anikoa and Kuawa Streets, the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to <br />Government Survey Triangulation Station "HALAI" being 1 ,684.91 feet north and <br />1 0,633.00 feet east and running by azimuths measured clockwise from true south: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />1800 00' <br /> <br />260.94 <br /> <br />feet along Ka1anikoa Street; <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />2700 00' <br /> <br />201.03 <br /> <br />feet along Government Land; <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />3600 00' <br /> <br />260.94 <br /> <br />feet along Lot 2 (remainder of Grant <br />11766: 1 to American Factors, Limited); <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />900 00' <br /> <br />201.03 <br /> <br />feet along Kuawa Street to the point of <br />beginning and containing an area of 52,457 <br />Sq.Ft. <br /> <br />-1- <br />
