Kenoi, dated <br /> October 27, 2009, presents a Request for Change of District Classification by American Trading <br /> Co., Ltd., at Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawaii, TMK: 2-2-032:024. <br /> <br /> Bill No. 176 seeks to change the zoning from Limited Industrial - 20,000 square feet (ML-20) <br /> to Industrial Commercial Mixed - 20,000 (MCX-20) for the parcel, which is approximately <br /> 52,457 square feet in size. The property is located along the northeastern corner of the <br /> Kalanikoa Street/Kuawa Street intersection. <br /> <br /> There was no public testimony on the matter. Sidney Fuke appeared before your Committee on <br /> behalf of the applicant.
