The property is located on the northeast comer of <br />the Kino'ole Street-Kamana Street intersection, Waiilkea Houselots 2nd Series, Waiilkea, South <br />Hilo, Hawai'i. <br /> <br />The Commission concurs with the following Plmming Director's reasons for recommending <br />favorable consideration of the request: <br /> <br />The applicant requests a change of zone from RS-lO to CG-20 to renovate an <br />existing vacant single-family dwelling for a residence and conversion into an office <br />building in the future.
